Pre-con, explained

Does it cost me anything to buy through you?

No. In pre-construction, the builder pays the buying agent's commission. You pay the same price you'd pay walking in off the street — except you get platinum access, floor-plan guidance, and someone negotiating incentives on your behalf.

What is "platinum" or "VIP" access?

Builders release inventory in phases. Platinum is the very first phase — lowest prices and the best selection — offered only through select agents before the public launch. We get you in at that stage.

How much deposit do I need?

Typically 15–20% spread over time (e.g. 5% on signing, then more over 12–24 months). Many builders offer extended structures — we'll find the projects that fit your cash flow.

Can I assign or rent it before closing?

Often yes — assignment and lease-before-close terms vary by builder. We review the fine print so you know your exit options before you sign.
