In accordance with the initial OLT decision on June 12, 2024 with a final decision issued on Feb. 19, 2025, and a subsequent amendment approved on Mar. 20, 2025, site works have commenced to prepare for home construction. The subject development parcels on the southern half of the course are private property and have been fenced off in preparation for site work and construction. Trespassing is not permitted for the safety of the community and security of the site. We have installed additional fencing on remaining portions of the golf course that are closed but hadn’t been fenced, in order to comply with insurance obligations and ensure the safety of the community. These areas are private property and trespassing is forbidden.
